FAMILIES: Danzig

Frank Danzig (1895-1990) immigrated to the United States in 1901 with his parents, Louis Danzig (died 1919) and Ida Eiseman Danzig (1874-1951). The Danzigs settled in Baltimore, Maryland. After he finished school, Frank Danzig served during World War I, and later moved to Andrews, South Carolina. In the 1930s, he moved to Georgetown, South Carolina, where he opened Danzig’s Hardware Store and Crescent Variety Store.
