FAMILIES: Drucker; Heiden

The son of Charles “Charlie” Drucker (1902-1975) and Anna Levinson Drucker (1903-1965), Harold Herbert “Herb” Drucker (1924-2002) moved to Kingstree around 1938 with his parents and brother, Jerome “Jerry” Drucker (1930-2005). Charles Drucker later opened Kingstree Cut Rate Drug Store. After he graduated from Kingstree High School, H. Herbert Drucker attended the University of South Carolina, where he earned a degree in pharmacy. He then returned to Kingstree and worked in his father’s drug store until he opened Pill Box Pharmacy in 1972. H. Herbert Drucker retired in 1994.
