A third-generation clothing merchant based out of Charleston, SC, Morris Needle (1895-1952) worked for decades in his father’s—Jacob Needle (1869-1932)—clothing store on King Street. After his father’s death in 1932, Morris took over operation of the store. He continued its operation until his death in 1952.
